Our new programme, Community Ambassadors Programme Edinburgh, launching Autumn 2017, builds on the achievements of our CP Investigates Bullying work. CP Investigates Bullying supported children in 8 Edinburgh primary schools to explore what a rights-based approach to bullying would be like. At the heart of the children’s work was the importance of relationships based on human dignity, empathy, kindness and trust.

Now, working with 5 of our partner schools, children are developing a programme for adults in their communities. As Community Ambassadors, they will reach adults across the community, helping to ensure that community members have the capacity to promote and protect the rights of children to be healthy, happy and safe.

The Community Ambassadors are using a blog to track and share their work, you can follow this at the link bit.ly/CPambassadors.

Our work is funded by the Young Start Lottery fund.
